As this trade stand was produced at the same time as BioVision in Lyon additional T3 framework structure was purchased.
A three-man team left the UK on 3rd April with the entire exhibition equipment and graphics on board.
On arrival in Hannover our team of three technicians built the 50 square metre stand within two days, including the 3.5 metre high tower unit and the 3 metre reception desk.
Our technicians on site supervised the installation of a raised floor and various items of additional equipment were hired from the exhibition organisers.
The completed stand was handed over to Invest UK on the 6th April prior to the start of the fair on the morning of the 7th April.
With our logistical and organisational knowledge ETC was able to ensure that both BioVision and Hannover were successfully completed in advance of opening.
Our technicians stayed at the show until close of play on 12th April when the whole stand was dismantled and returned to storage at ETC in the UK. |
